When it comes to Florida glass rooms, Demitry Creations, LLC is different because of the fine attention to detail that we follow as our standards.

We carefully remove and discard the existing framing on every project. We install 2″ x 4″ structural aluminum extrusion. This enables us to redesign your room for your specific needs and desires. It also improves the aesthetics and strength.

We use a special 50-year adhesive caulking on the entire framing install which is guaranteed 100% against infiltration of dirt and water.

We rarely use standard height doors. We custom make our doors to fit your existing opening. The doors look cleaner, are more majestic and are more energy efficient.

We always throw in a keyed lock and deadbolt for added security for your peace of mind.

We only provide vinyl framed windows with double-insulated 366 Low-e glass. The glass is injected with argon, a colorless, odorless and non-toxic gas which is very dense. The glass itself is treated with silver oxide which is very efficient thus keeping out up to 99% of the passive solar heat.
We insulate above the lanai ceilings on every project. We never do the standard Valu-R19 blown-in insulation. We always blow in Valu-R30 which is much thicker and more efficient. We also install a radiant barrier in the rafters. This alone in 40% more efficient than the blown-in insulation. We do both for we are wanting to make your new sunroom as energy efficient as possible.

We are the only Contractor you will find that will leave behind a beautiful folder with a brochure on every aspect of your project to include doors, windows, performance specifications, diagrams, radiant barrier and the warranty information.
